They in staled my new ac a couple years ago of course a perfessional installmentThe other evening my system was blowing hot air tried a couple on off times no luck.in the morning all was fine.i figured I maybe see if they could just stop by for a look see.i said it wasn’t a emergency and explained the incidentI know they get busy but the receptionist was able to set me up for the next day.i was glad for next day appt.sometimes I’m sure they are busy but trust me she is a perfessional and will go out of her way to set you up.they will allways check in with you to let you know when they are coming.i said it’s working great.he gave me a idea that in a freak incident because of lightning or a power lost that the compressor could shut down.the clock was blinking so power must have shut down.ive been through a lot of bad storms and lightning so this was again a freak happening. My other problem which had nothing to do with the air conditioner.i asked Melvin if he could give a look see.my wood flooring had a buckle.he said let’s check out why.they took the time to crawl underneath all the way and found a water leak spraying my wood with a mist.thank you fellows.sorry this is sooo long.they deserve it.five stars no worries.the best to get.

Even though I’m only a tenant as the owner paid for the A/C to be replaced the 2 technicians were very professional and worked efficiently, stayed late and came back first thing in the am to get it done!! They cleaned up there work area and returned my drill and flashlights before leaving which I deeply appreciate!! I would definitely recommend to my friends or family in the future!!

Service was fast and excellent. I spoke with Aurelia (?) for an urgent call to have someone check our AC after it wouldn’t turn on and temperatures inside the house were reaching the 80s. Given that it was after 5pm, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a company to come right away the same day, but Aurelia was able to slot us in, helping us even while she was driving home. The technician (Melvin) was fantastic! He arrived within 20 mins of our call to the office and promptly diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse. He fixed it within minutes, and even took the time to explain exactly what he thought may have caused it and also give us some tips on things that we can do in the future to maintain our system longer-term. He was very patient, thorough, and friendly. The total cost was reasonable too. Five stars to Mr. Kool man. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again!
