Given that it was after 5pm, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a company to come right away the same day, but Aurelia was able to slot us in, helping us even while she was driving home. The technician (Melvin) was fantastic! He arrived within 20 mins of our call to the office and promptly diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse. He fixed it within minutes, and even took the time to explain exactly what he thought may have caused it and also give us some tips on things that we can do in the future to maintain our system longer-term. He was very patient, thorough, and friendly. The total cost was reasonable too. Five stars to Mr. Kool man.
